After reviewing government data, a team of researchers from the United Kingdom has reported that the sudden increase in excess deaths in the country is due to circulatory issues. Meanwhile, several studies have found that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines greatly increase the risk of dying from circulatory issues.
Putting the two together suggests that mainstream media has been trying to hide something – that circulatory issues were the cause of the majority of U.K. deaths, not COVID-19.
Despite the scientific data proving the link between COVID-19 vaccines, circulatory issues and excess deaths, health officials still insist on lying to the public. In January 2023, Tatton Member of Parliament (MP) Esther McVey called for an urgent investigation into excess deaths, but there is no word yet on the inquiry.
According to the U.K.'s Office of National Statistics (ONS), there were 17,381 deaths registered in the seven days to ending January 13. This is 2,837 above average for this time of year in the United Kingdom.
Speaking in Health Questions in Parliament, McVey said the chief medical officer has warned that non-COVID-19 excess deaths are "being driven in part by patients not getting statins or blood pressure medicines during the pandemic."
"Where is the evidence? If there is none, what is causing these excess deaths?" asked McVey. She also said the U.K. government should commit to an urgent and thorough investigation on the matter and publish its findings.
The figures from the ONS are the highest number of excess deaths since the seven days ending February 12, 2021, when the U.K. was experiencing its second wave of coronavirus infections. During that time, the vaccination program had just been rolled out.
Heart failure behind the alarming surge in excess deaths

Experts have reported that 2023 was the most deadly non-pandemic year for excess deaths since World War II.
Research published by scientists at the University of Oxford has revealed that while cancer and dementia deaths have decreased, deaths from heart and circulatory problems are increasing. The data includes deaths from lung clots, heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.

The new study, which is based on government figures, revealed that there were 595,789 deaths in 2023, of which 53,000 were considered "excess" or "extra." This is based on a five-year average of deaths before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, there were 82,000, 60,000 and 50,200 excess deaths during the pandemic years of 2020, 2021 and 2022, respectively. In 2023, there were 100,000 more deaths than there were in 2011 – the highest figure recorded in a non-pandemic year since WWII.
Philip Davies, Conservative MP for Shipley, West Yorkshire, warned that these are not just numbers and statistics, but "real people, loved ones, often from younger age groups, who are dying before their time. The government should commit as a matter of urgency to a thorough investigation into the causes."
The study revealed that only 12 percent of the extra deaths in 2023 were linked to respiratory infections like COVID-19 or influenza. The largest increase was attributed to heart failure, which saw a 16 percent increase, accounting for almost 10,000 extra deaths in 2023.
There was also an 8.5 percent increase in deaths because of narrowed heart arteries, accounting for nearly 9,000 extra deaths and a 14 percent rise in deaths due to liver diseases such as alcohol-related liver damage, accounting for more than 2,000 extra deaths in 2023.
On the other hand, there were 6,500 fewer deaths from lung diseases such as asthma, a decline of 14 percent, and 11 percent fewer deaths from dementia and Alzheimer’s, which is the equivalent of a decrease of 10,500 deaths compared to the five-year average.
Carl Heneghan, director of the Center of Evidence-Based Medicine at Oxford who co-authored the study, explained that the figures are a real cause for concern, particularly because they cannot be explained by COVID-19, population growth or an aging population.
Heneghan added that it is the primary responsibility of the government to confirm the drivers of this alarming increase. However, the government has failed to investigate this problem, which is "completely unacceptable."
