Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz is questioning the validity of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas‘ signature on a dismissal of her request to stay a $20,000 fine against her.

Taitz, who lost her primary bid to be the GOP nominee for secretary of state, is best known for dozens of legal filings related to her claim that Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen.

Taitz received the $20,000 sanction for courtroom misconduct from a Georgia judge. She alleged that the the federal judge, Clay D. Land, was part of the illegal conspiracy to keep Obama in office and asked Thomas to stay the fine. Thomas dismissed the request last week.

But Taitz is suspicious of the circumstances surrounding the Thomas dismissal posted on the Supreme Court website and has asked Chief Justice John Roberts to verify Thomas’ signature. You can read the filing from Taitz, in which she explains her suspicions, on her website.
