A Quick Glance at November 2, and a Look Forward to 2012

Well, I can’t say that I was shocked by the amount of idiocy shown in California—it’s to be expected really, but Nevada’s re-embracing Harry Reid came as something of a surprise. Apparently they like foreclosures, double digit unemployment, and ObamaCare—can’t get enough of it; want more of it. Who knew? http://news.firedoglake.com/2010/10/07/ ... in-nevada/

But enough sour grapes, conservatives won a resounding victory on November 2, in anybody’s book. I think that we can say that we’ve seen the end of the beginning. Now the real work starts.

So what to tackle next? The economy comes first, but close behind comes the Herculean task of cleaning out the Augean Stables of the federal government (and the state governments)—not to mention the 101 other areas that need damage-control and fixing.
