yes, if it feels like fascism it is fascism.

I dont understand how people roll over so easily to allow a fascist state to rise.

Even worse is when we get attacked by terrorism again, then they will really roll out the police state, but know one will ask why the myriad of laws and civil rights abuses the government was arleady doing didnt prevent that attack.
