Federal judges engage in judicial tyranny, demanding Trump to provide SNAP benefits

    .

See:Two judges rule Trump admin must keep SNAP benefits in place as shutdown drags on

"A pair of federal judges ordered the Trump administration to keep SNAP payments flowing during the government shutdown, averting a lapse in food aid for millions of Americans."

The two judges who say Trump must keep paying SNAP benefits have no authority to demand of Trump what they have. If anything, the two subjugating Judges of our Constitution need to direct their demands to Congress, considering Congress is exclusively vested with power to legislate.

What these judges have done brings to mind Federalist Paper No 47:

"The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." _ Madison, Federalist Paper No. 47

    JWK

"The Constitution is the act of the people, speaking in their original character, and defining the permanent conditions of the social alliance; and there can be no doubt on the point with us, that every act of the legislative power contrary to the true intent and meaning of the Constitution, is absolutely null and void." ___ Chancellor James Kent, in his Commentaries on American Law , 1858.

Fed Judge has not ordered Trump to release SNAP funds. Our Fifth Column media lied

    .
The funny thing about this whole ado is... our FIFTH COLUMN media reported a big lie : "Trump ordered to release SNAP funds".

Note that Trump is not listed as a defendant in Judge McConnell’s ORDER concerning SNAP funds.
