Rep. Alan Grayson talks to the Federal Reserve Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman of the Federal Reserve, http://moneynews.newsmax.com/financenew ... 13463.html asking her questions regarding trillions of dollars that came from the Fed’s expanded balance sheet and what the losses on its $2 trillion portfolio are.
The Inspector General does not have the answers Grayson is looking for.
Grayson asked Coleman if her agency had done any research into the decision not to save Lehman Brothers, which “sent shockwaves through the entire financial system,â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I figure them like our countries credit card.
We borrow money and we give them a note to hold like an interest bearing treasury note.
At the end of the month we get statements for our credit card accounts.
I don't think we have ever gotten any kind of statement from the Federal Reserve.
Ron Paul has a bill now to do just that.
We need a bill that involves them and Imminent Domain.
Why are we paying them for the creation of our own fiat money anyways?

The Federal Reserve apparently can't account for $9 trillion in off-balance sheet transactions.
When Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Orlando) asked Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman of the Federal Reserve some very basic questions about where the trillions of dollars that have come from the Fed's expanded balance sheet, the IG didn't know.
Worse, nobody at the Fed seems to have any idea what the losses on its $2 trillion portfolio really are.
"I am shocked to find out that nobody at the Federal Reserve is keeping track of anything," Grayson says.

I wonder if their calculators can even handle all those zeros. I know mine can't (only go up to 10 million). And since our money is not worth anything anyway, what's a few trillion?
