This cartoon hits hard for the people of Chicago. While overall violent crime may be down in the city, gun violence is still extremely high. They had 23 shooting incidents with 42 people shot and 3 died from gun inflicted injuries.

No matter what Illinois Governor JB Pritzker or Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson say about reducing crime, nobody should have to live under these conditions in the United States.

President Trump offered help in a Truth Social post this Tuesday telling Pritzker to call him to send in the National Guard. Both Pritzker and Johnson said no thanks but not before blaming the President for grant cuts.

Of course the Trump administration cut grants nationally, not just in Chicago, to use the funds to directly support policing units and not NGO’s and outside agencies.

Johnson did not mention that he opted not to apply for any of the new money because of Trump’s immigration policies. Once again putting ideology above the safety of the people he is supposed to represent and protect.

Harmeet Dhillon, head of the DOJ Civil Rights Division, just announced a first of its kind lawsuit against Kansas City Public Schools for secretly transitioning kids behind their parents back.

Here is what she wrote on X:

“DOJ files first-of-its-kind suit against Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools for secretly helping kids "transition" genders at school—behind parents' backs. No consent, no notice, just a hidden policy—violating FERPA & PPRA. DOJ Civil rights Division is taking it to court!”

We applaud this and think it needs to happen everywhere school districts are doing this. Those responsible need to go to prison for child abuse.

The job of the school is to educate the child, not turn boys into girls or vice-versa.

Reading, writing, math, science, other classes like music or art or PE that expands a child’s mind to other possibilities and that’s it.

Schools need to cut out all of the crap. No gender studies, no anti-American indoctrination, no ICE-OUT marches, none of that stuff. It is not the role of the school.

That said it seems those running America’s public schools are primarily left wing nutcases who should not be allowed within a hundred yards of children not their own I we don’t expect much to change.

Parents need to get their kids out of schools like these as fast as they can and either send them to private school or homeschool.

Canadian Prime Minister Carney just embarrassed his country and showed the world what a jackass he is.

He held a press event earlier today outside Parliament Hill in Ottawa. Here’s what he said when asked about resuming trade talks with the USA:

“When the Americans stop doing memes, stop throwing shade, stop trying to be tough, and start being serious about having those discussions, we can have those discussions. But it's look, it's not constructive, but that's their democracy."

Seems Carney is upset at Trump renaming Lake Ontario and Treasury Secretary Bessent mocking the idea of Canada being at war with the US.

While I understand his pride is wounded, Canada needs the USA. The vast majority of what that country produces for export ends up here in the USA whereas the same is not true for US exports.

Almost 72% of Canadian exports end up in the USA but only 15% of US exports end up in Canada.

So a prolonged trade war will hurt us, but nowhere near as bad as it will impact Canada.

These trade numbers also hide another important thing. Most of Canada's free trade agreements with other countries are dependent on Canada having access to the US market.

So the domino effect will be huge. Canadian leaders need to stop being jerks and pretending they hold any cards in these negotiations.

Canadians need to recognize their dependence on the USA, start treating our businesses fairly, and come back to the negotiating table before it's too late, memes or no memes.

Actress Anne Hathaway is a vile disgusting human being who thinks it’s OK to kill a baby if it helps your career.

Here’s what she said during an appearance on The View:

Hathaway: "When you are a young woman starting out your career, your reproductive destiny matters a great deal. My own personal experience with abortion—and I don't think we talk about this enough—abortion can be another word for mercy.

Anne Hathaway needs help.

Apparently she thinks careers are more important than babies. According to Hathaway if you get pregnant early in your career it’s mercy to kill the child if it helps you move forward.

This shows how upside down our culture has become and why so many young women are morally confused.

Views like Hathaway’s would have been considered horrifying not that long ago, now it’s largely ignored because this view is accepted and commonplace.

I do not know about you but I cannot accept this as normal.

In a stunning move Florida Governor Ron DeSantis just ordered all flock cameras removed from state highways. Several local sheriff departments quickly followed suit.

Via WCTV, Tallahassee:

“On Monday, DeSantis ordered all Flock cameras removed from what he calls the “state highway system” within the next 30 days, which would include interstates like I-10 and I-75.

That order led to several sheriff’s departments like in Franklin, Liberty and Putnam Counties to announce they’re ending their own license plate reader programs.

According to the Florida Department of Transportation memo, if the cameras aren’t removed from the state right-of-ways within 30 days, then the state government will take them down on their own.”

This is excellent news and we hope this becomes a growing trend.

We are very strong law and order proponents but there is no doubt these cameras are an unconstitutional violation of the 4th amendment and that they’re being abused. Further people hate them, myself included.

We hope more states and police departments will make this move.

The toolkit never changes. When Democrats are losing an argument, they reach for the same worn out old standbys. They immediately throw out racist, Nazi, pedophile, homophobe and let’s not forget authoritarian and misogynistic.

The problem with Democrats is they have lost touch with the people and one could easily argue reality. When there is no solid foundation to support your opinion, like men can be women or illegal immigrants are our neighbors, you are left with two choices. You can either reassess your opinion and actually go with the truth or you can sling mud. Democrats choose the mud every time.
