Thread: Feds own WATER SUPPLY

I was told today, by someone who has extensive experience on their Community Board for their community water supply, that a recent law has given the Federal Government ownership of the whole national water supply.

However, this person was not able to provide any additional details, and a google search didn't seem to turn up anything.

Has anyone heard anything about this??

There are Presidental orders that were signed by Bush and previous Presidents: they state that in the event of an emergency FEMA takes control of all food, water suppies to include just about everything else you could think of.
