The Senate just passed S510 The Food Safety Modernization Act, which will give ‘King Kong’-like powers to the FDA to dictate how farmers grow everything, where they grow it, when they grow it and what is added to it or not. Thank God, this latest over reach from hell from the Obama administration and progressive left goes now to the House. Pray we can crush it there or the new House coming in January will have another one of many shredding tasks as this progressive ship of fools and Un American President try to steal, rob and destroy America…..now, starve her.

The shameful Senators who voted for this have managed, ( if passed in the House) to put a rope around the necks of the 2.2 million farms in America….hark, our very food supply. Farmers would now have numerous unannounced inspections, increased 7 times in just the next 7 years, while buried in mountains of paperwork and forms to fill out. They would experience psychotic regulations dictating how the farmers grow all kinds of food, what to do with their soil and when, hygiene, packing, even dictating when and where animals can go into their fields.

The FDA and this administration are as usual hiding behind contrived made up crisis regarding our food supply and safety. What is the big emergency and need to add billions more debt and more authority to the FDA? There is none! Food-borne illnesses have always happened. Our technology and advances in food safety have and continue to lead in the world. Food providers and farmers already pasteurize, disinfect, clean and take all kinds of steps to protect our food supply. By making Farming and the Food industry more expensive, regulated and paperwork heavy it does only one thing, bankrupts America’s farmers and food supply! It has nothing to do with real safety. It has only to do with stealing from, starving and controlling the American people even more.

Here are just a few points contained in this bill, thankfully provided by Health Freedom USA. Just think about what is in this bill and then go throw up as I have.

1. It puts all US food and all US farms under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, in the event of contamination or an ill-defined emergency. It resembles the Kissinger Plan.

2. It would end US sovereignty over its own food supply by insisting on compliance with the WTO, thus threatening national security.

3. It would allow the government, under Maritime Law, to define the introduction of any food into commerce (even direct sales between individuals) as smuggling into “the United States.â€

yes we want our country back with out the illegal Immigrant & all the rest of the illegal Immigrant that do not be long in our Country . & not the one that the parents that came over when the kids was3 or4 . I we don't by that . & now the college want to give the illegal immigrants grand well what about the Amercian they don't count That not right they should be the first to get it . oh th Obama friends they come first well I don't think so . well all the kids should just get out of college & see what happen tbe college would close . good we all want Our Country back & we will get come hell or High water Im going to fight

Now it goes to the House and I have to hound the lame duck tax and spend liberal dumborat to not vote for this food police bill.

I watched the discussions last night on CSPAN, Tom Coburn got it. He stated that the food contamination issues have been a failure of the regulators to do their jobs. In one instance 2 USDA inspectors were responsible for a cross state contamination.
