Illinois Congressman Joe Walsh won his seat in 2010 thanks to hard work by MANY tea party activists. In fact, his campaign's main engine was, without question, the tea party movement in general. Which makes it even more rewarding to here him demand the President "quit lying" about the debt ceiling.

Proud to be in Joe's district. Part of his appeal, though, was that he was not Melissa Bean, the arrogant dem who was condescending to her constituents. Many votes for Joe were simply anti-Bean votes. I think we all won this election.
