Thanks to Obama’s lack of leadership in the Middle East melt down

The Government might shut down? Finally, good news

The Feds are screaming and yelling. Gee, they might have to even shut the Government down in a few days if they can’t reach an agreement by Friday. Oh, the horror of it all! Imagine our country without a functioning Federal Government??? On the other plate spinning in the air, thanks to Obama’s lack of leadership in the Middle East melt down, we hear oil will soon soar to $200 a barrel. I’m already more than grumpy and stressed with nearly $4.00 a gallon, but yesterday on my radio show, a credible research scientist, Dr. Art Robinson, said gas would be going up to $10.00 before long.

Let us see how the Middle East melt down is going. First we saw our President side with the Muslim Brotherhood instead of standing by our long term ally Hosni Mubarak. In a Muslim world of dictators, he was one of the more faithful and moderate ones who actually had a stabilizing treaty with our alley Israel. Naturally, Obama couldn’t stand by him. Then we saw Muslims marching in the streets in Syria and Jordan. Pick your public uprising in the Middle East. There have been many. Who do we go to war with next because we are so concerned about ‘rights.’

Then, practically overnight we saw Obama lunging toward the UN and bypassing Congress and the people. Overnight we found ourselves caught in an undefined and expensive war, spending over 100 million a day in Libya. The spin was we were saving civilians being massacred and mowed down by the evil Gaddaffi. We found out as things rolled along that the Freedom Fighters are associated with `Al Kae Da’ and not pristine, good guys either. Naturally, we can’t sit back and watch mass murders of civilians, but is that what was really happening, when you view it in context of the uprisings going on throughout the middle east right now?

Oil prices rushing toward $200 a barrel; 100 million a day in a Libyan war none of us get; and now the Government can’t figure out a budget they agree on and might shut down.

With all that is going wrong at the moment with our President and Government, it would be great news in my book if they did shut down for awhile. It might be hard on the country. We might all need therapy from the pressure of it all, but that would only be because the pizza was late for our celebration.

How could we drift any further or get any more off course on spending with the Government actually open for business and working? I have said many times on air it would be better for the country if we fired the whole lot of them and put dogs in the House and Senate, have them mark their corners, bite the bad guys, unclog the courts and leave us all alone. The country would heal on its own.

Naturally, we know there are some real leaders and common sense servants, especially in the House now who are fighting to right this ship. Taking back the House was just the beginning of the House cleaning and course change this country needs to do. We must fight to gain back the Senate, keep the House conservative and gain back the White House with a true patriot and servant of the constitution, people and God.

We have to reject the distorted and fatalistic thinking of giving in to cynicism because you have heard it all before; believing that God is just busy judging America and is done with her, while Government and Obama are too corrupt for anyone to make a difference. The truth is and always has been the US is a nation founded on Christian principles and largely reflects a people of faith, courage and compassion. We must continue the peaceful revolution started by the Tea Parties who changed history by gaining huge victories in the Mid Terms.

This revolution must march, fund, focus, select the right candidates that will protect America and serve the constitution. We must win for our nation’s sake in 2012. We will, but we have to think outside the box and put a national mind set on where we refuse to accept betrayal and socialism ever again.

We must all get to the point to make this next election meaningful so we can clarify and find the real priorities that affect our country and must be addressed on the Federal level. Don’t buy just what the media spin doctors and politicians tell you the priorities are. The lies have to come to a quick death and the people’s courage and common sense have to come to life and move forward. We will.
