THE Limerick man who was arrested in Boston on Monday, September 29 for exposing himself to two women at a city train station has been sent back to Ireland and placed on a two-year pre-trial probation.

Michael Joseph Brown, 34, with an address in Limerick City, was told at a court appearance on Monday, October 20, that the charges of open and gross lewdness and possession of a Class B substance, have been postponed, on the recommendation by medical professionals that he comply with all medications and mental health recommendations.

“In light of observations by mental health professionals at the hospital where Mr. Brown was being held, we determined that we could not in good conscience move forward with a criminal case,â€
