A sheriff’s deputy with 19 years on the job died Friday night after being found with “significant injuries to his head” following a shooting in Fort Worth, Texas, according to reports.
Deputy Keith Shepherd was found wounded inside his personal vehicle in the Tarrant County sheriff’s office parking lot, across from the county jail, around 9:30 p.m., FOX 4 of Dallas-Fort Worth reported.
He had been expected to return from his break about two hours earlier, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Shepherd was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the report said.
Authorities were investigating in the area Friday night and were collecting video from all cameras within a three-block radius of the crime scene, the station reported.
o suspect was immediately identified and no motive was immediately suspected.
“We’ve just got to follow the facts until we understand what happened,” Sheriff Bill Waybourn told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
The chief declined to speculate on what exactly may have transpired in the parking lot.
Shepherd was assigned to the department’s detention staff, Chief of Staff David McClelland told the Star-Telegram.
“I can tell you what I know about Keith is that he had a great reputation at the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office,” Waybourn told the newspaper. “He was a strong leader. He was loved. He was a great husband and a good father.”
Waybourn said he did not believe the public was in danger, even though a suspect had not yet been apprehended.
“We’re confident it will unravel soon,” the sheriff told the Morning News.

Sheriff: Tarrant County Sgt. Keith Shepherd Died After Suffering Pulmonary Embolism, Hitting Head On Ground
Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Keith Shepherd died Friday evening after suffering a pulmonary embolism and hitting his head on the ground, the department confirmed Saturday.
Sheriff Bill Waybourn said Shepherd had suffered the medical emergency near in his personal vehicle and hit his head in the parking lot outside the Tarrant County Jail in downtown Fort Worth, which caused a lot of bleeding. The sheriff said he was able to get into his vehicle where he died.
The 18-year veteran was found in his vehicle after authorities were worried that he hadn’t come back from his lunch break.
Shepherd was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A pulmonary embolism occurs when there’s a blood clot in the lungs.
“Sgt. Shepherd was a great member of our team. He was a leader and truly loved serving here at the Sheriff’s Office. Above and beyond that he was an excellent husband and father,” Waybourn said.
Waybourn said there was a star-shaped wound on his head, which initially led authorities to believe he was shot Friday evening. Further investigation proved there was no evidence that he was shot.
“Sgt. Shepherd, rest easy friend, we will take it from here,” the department said in a tweet.
The sheriff’s office said Shepherd is survived by his wife and two daughters.

He was very closely and heavily involved in the investigation of the Laptop seized from former Congressman Anthony Weiner which allegedly held volumes of Hillary Clinton email evidence on it.
A fellow officer told the New York Daily News that Silks was deeply committed to the job. Silks reportedly submitted his mandatory retirement papers the day before.
Other sources however, say the Deputy Chief was heavily involved in the sex crimes investigation of former Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner, and that the Chief PERSONALLY OVERSAW the evidence-gathering from a laptop computer seized from Weiner in that investigation.
That laptop is alleged to have contained numerous emails from Hillary Clinton during her time as Secretary of State, and numerous files in a folder titled "Insurance Policy" which reportedly contained extraordinary details about child sex rings operated by - and for use of -- high ranking government officials nationwide.
Ultimately that laptop had to be turned over by NYPD to the FBI, which allegedly "lost it."

A major corrupt player at the Clinton Foundation player has vanished.

Over the past decade the Clinton Foundation’s Amitabh Desai was very active capturing money for the Foundation. The far left New York Times even commented on this when Desai was involved in a transaction with Russia:

But this was not Desai’s first clandestine transaction for the Foundation. In 2011 it was reported that –

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) CEO Ira Magaziner sent an email to Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, Clinton Foundation foreign policy director Amitabh Desai, Douglas Band (an aide to former US President Bill Clinton), and two others, regarding Saudi Arabian and Ethiopian billionaire Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-‘Amoud [above].

Magaziner writes: “CHAI would like to request that President Clinton call Sheikh Mohammed to thank him for offering his plane to the conference in Ethiopia and expressing regrets that President Clinton’s schedule does not permit him to attend the conference.”
Desai replies, “Unless Sheikh Mo has sent us a $6 million check, this sounds crazy to do.“
Band then comments, “If he doesn’t do it CHAI will say he didn’t give the money [because] of wjc [Bill Clinton].”
Podesta writes, “I agree with Doug and this seems rather easy and harmless and not a big time sink.”(Wikileaks 10/12/16)
Thus it can be seen Sheikh Mohammed is giving some money to the foundation, though the amount is unknown. Also, the exchange shows Podesta, who has no position in the foundation, helping make foundation decisions.

This was still just the beginning for Desai –

The government of Qatar got in the act for a quick million dollars with Desai in 2012 –

Amitabh Desai, director of foreign policy for the Clinton Foundation, writes in an email to other foundation officials, that he met with Qatar’s ambassador to the US four days earlier, on April 12, 2012. The ambassador is Mohammed Bin Abdullah Bin Mutib Al Rumaihi, who just assumed that position several weeks earlier. (QatarMinistry of Foreign Affairs, 12/26/2013) (WikiLeaks, 10/13/2016)
He summarizes that Al Rumaihi “Would like to see WJC [former President William Jefferson Clinton] ‘for five minutes’ in NYC [New York City], to present $1 million check that Qatar promised for WJC’s birthday in 2011.”

Additionally, “Qatar would welcome our suggestions for investments in Haiti – particularly on education and health. They have allocated most of their $20 million but are happy to consider projects we suggest. I’m collecting input from CF [Clinton Foundation]Haiti team.”
The email is sent to foundation officials Douglas Band, Justin Cooper, Bruce Lindsey, Laura Graham, and Clinton advisor John Podesta. (WikiLeaks, 10/13/2016)
Two years later, on August 19, 2014, Clinton will comment in an email: “[W]e need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia,which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.” (ISIL is also known as the terrorist group ISIS.) On October 14, 2016, the day after this email is made public by WikiLeaks, Reuters will report that this donation, if it took place, could be a major ethics breach. The donation takes place while Hillary Clinton is secretary of state, and the Clinton Foundation made an agreement with the Obama administration not to accept any increases in donations by foreign governments during that time. The email doesn’t specify that the donation was accepted, or if it went to the foundation or to Bill Clinton personally. Foundation records indicate the Qatar government did give over $1 million, but it isn’t clear when. When asked by Reuters if the donation was accepted by the foundation, a foundation spokesperson will decline to say. (Reuters,10/14/2016)

In 2012 Desai was involved with Hillary Clinton’s brother, the recently deceased Tony Rodham, and North Korea. It was family time for the Clintons and Desai –

Amitabh Desai, a foreign policy director at the Clinton Foundation, emails Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff Cheryl Mills about an invitation for former President Bill Clinton to be paid $650,000 for speech in North Korea. Desaiasks “Is it safe to assume” the US government “would have concerns” about Clinton giving the speech, since North Korea is a strident enemy of the US at the time. Mills simply replies, “Decline it.” Clinton never does speak in North Korea. Three weeks later, Desai writes back to explain that the invite came from Hillary Clinton’s brother Tony Rodham. Further details about the offer are unknown.
Bill Clinton delivers 215 speeches for $48 million in the four years Hillary Clinton is secretary of state and this is one of a very few that anyone in the State Department told him he shouldn’t do. [Emphasis added] (ABCNews, 8/28/2015)

Amitabh Desai was involved in many more illicit transactions related to the Clinton Foundation. He worked with Bill Clinton trying to reach agreement with the State Department to give a speech in Congo, to the poorest country in the world, for $650,000.
Desai received emails from Cheryl Mills that contained classified information. He worked with Libya’s President who sought to meet with Bill Clinton just two days after the Benghazi terror attack. (Desai must have done his job because the Libyan President did meet with both Hillary and Bill Clinton later that month.)

Finally, Citizens United, the conservative watchdog group, requested emails from the Clinton Foundation and in particular those of Amitabh Desai. Of course this was delayed and delayed with only 17 emails provided in the first two months out of an estimated 4,000 emails requested.

What ever happened to Amitabh Desai? Where is this guy? He appears to have vanished!

Murdered Former Arkansas State Senator May Have Been Ready To Expose Child Trafficking Ring

(TeaParty.org) – Former Arkansas State Senator Linda Collins-Smith (pictured below) was found mysteriously murdered inside her home last week, and so far, local law enforcement has been pretty silent on any possible motive or culprit.



Considering she was a GOP state senator in the state where Bill and Hillary used to run wild, there’s instantly cause for suspicion, however.
Now we have learned that, according to reports, Collins-Smith may very well have been close to closing in on a child trafficking ring within the Arkansas state government.
CD Media reports:

Former Republican Arkansas state Senator Linda Collins-Smith, who was found murdered in her home this week in Pocahontas, Arkansas, believed she was closing in on a child-trafficking ring working from within the Arkansas state government.
A verified source close to Collins-Smith told CD Media that she was about to go public with incriminating information on sitting judges in Arkansas, who were involved in taking children from poor women via the Department of Human Services (child protective services) in Arkansas and selling them to wealthy individuals. The source also disclosed that Collins-Smith believed the perpetrators were using illegal aliens to facilitate the crimes which included murdering the mothers of the stolen children.

CD Media also says that their source believes Collins-Smith’s murder is connected to the murder of former Oklahoma State Senator Jonathan Nichols who was found dead within days of Collins-Smith.
Ronald F. Owens Jr. wrote on Facebook of a testimony given by CPS insider Michaele Walker, who explains how Collins-Smith’s murder may have been connected to yet another murder of a former state senator who was trying to expose human trafficking:

Walker was a close friend and confidante of former Arkansas State Sen. Linda Collins-Smith (second picture), who was found dead in her house on June 4, 2019. The cause of Collins-Smith’s death is unknown. Authorities are investigating her death as a homicide (see source 1).
At the 12:13 mark of this video Walker reveals why Collins-Smith was murdered (see source 2).
Walker noted that there’s a correlation with the probable homicide of Collins-Smith and the death of Nancy Schaefer (third picture), the Georgia State Senator who was found dead more than nine years earlier.
Senator Schaefer was killed with a single gunshot wound to her back purportedly by her husband, Bruce Schaefer. The couple, whose bodies were found in their home on March 26, 2010, had been married for 52 years. After shooting his wife he supposedly killed himself with a single gunshot wound to the chest (See source 3).
Sen. Schaefer tried to expose the pedophilia link of Child Protective Services (CPS). Before Sen. Schaefer’s death she published and promoted the report, “The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services.” (See Source 4).
In that report (source 4) Schaefer made several recommendations, including auditing Georgia’s Department of Family and Children’s Services (DFCS) for fraud and corruption, ending financial incentives that separate families, and mandating a jury trial where every piece of evidence is presented before removing a child from his or her parents.
Under the final remarks of her 11-page report Schaefer cited Proverbs 31:8-9. “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and the needy.” (New International Version).
Tragically, Schaefer was killed before seeing that her reforms were implemented at Georgia’s DFCS.
Back to Walker —she said CPS removes approximately 333 children from American homes a day, and 89 percent of those children are not there on true abuse (sexual/physical) allegations.
“America right now is the number one user of child sex trafficking,” said Walker. “And 88 percent of those children that came from —they’re in the sex trafficking system, came from foster care, they were at one time in the foster care system.”
There are 53 million children missing in the CPS system, according to Walker. Child sex trafficking in the United States is a multi-billion dollar industry.
At the 33:53 mark Walker again emphasized that we need to look at Schaefer’s death and the Clinton Foundation.
At the 34:33 mark Walker said: “I’m going to put it out right now that Nancy Schaefer —the weekend that she was killed she had hard evidence of senators and a certain person being on a plane removing American children out. They left on a certain date. She had recorded them coming back and the plane was not, did not return with all American children. That is what got Nancy Schaefer killed. That is the last thing that she recorded. And so someone up in high power was on that plane, and that turns into the Linda Collins-Smith testifying and those connections are all there.”
At the 35:44 mark Walker added: “You thought that there were no witnesses with Nancy Schaefer and I have to tell you at this point you were wrong.”
Commenting back on the Linda Collins-Smith murder investigation, Walker concluded at the 50:34 mark: “Don’t believe the narrative. I’m going to promise you that right now. I can tell that at one hundred percent… Do not trust any sources in law enforcement in Arkansas right now. And I can say that at a hundred percent. Do not trust them! And I’m telling you that as an alarm —DO NOT TRUST THEM! And I’m going to leave it at that.”

Collins-Smith had worked on legislation and was the primary sponsor of Akransas HB1923, which became Act 922, and required issuance of a Class A commercial driver licence to complete a course on human trafficking prevention.
A release from the National Foundation for Women Legislators notes:

Arkansas State Representative Charlotte Douglas was recommended to attend the summit by her colleague, NFWL State Director Arkansas State Senator Linda Collins-Smith. Senator Collins-Smith suggested Representative Douglas, describing her as a leader in the fight to end human trafficking in Arkansas. Upon returning home from the summit, Representative Douglas began working on legislation with Truckers Against Trafficking to provide truck drivers with the information they need to combat human trafficking as they witness its occurrence. To receive a Class A commercial driver’s license, new Arkansas legislation outlines that drivers must complete a brief online course about human trafficking prevention. Arkansas is the first state to enact this legislation, and NFWL is immensely proud that our summit led to this legislative victory.

So far, authorities have been largely silent about her murder.

So the question is, why is there no docket number for a filing given to us by our contact and why has it been reported as being filed?
Our deduction is that state police do not plan to fully investigate because they know the identity of the killers.

We know quite well from the Clintons’ history of drug running that the Arkansas State Police have been known to cover up corruption, so this makes sense.
