Why is there no option to pass no bill? Not one of the bills proposed so far will help average citizens, but it sure will hurt them. The International Money Fund (IMF) advised Great Britain to abandon its socialized medicine because of their debt and its cost. So much for a public option. It is unaffordable. As to government sponsored co-ops and insurance premium subsidies, same conclusion applies. Medicare and Medicaid are essentially bankrupt now. How can the government possibly afford to expand its role if it cannot handle the obligations it has now? It can't. End Result: More people, including illegal aliens, trying to access fewer facilities and fewer practitioners at higher prices while the cost of the program guts what is left of our economy.
