There are even tent cities popping up in California. Of course the Federal Reserve can spend billions to bailout banks, but they won’t help the average middle class homeowner that might be thrown out into the streets as a result of what they did through their policies. When will people understand that the Federal Reserve is a private central bank that is merely looking to preserve the interests of the banking cartel?

What should one expect? You are here illegally and you are able to open a bank account (ala Bank of America, no id required) and all of a sudden you are offered a no-doc loan for a house you should only dream of. When you don't read or speak much English, all you understand is that this is a wonderful gift. This now is a responsibility of taxpayers, while you shred the house of anything, including wiring because it has been foreclosed. And then there are the loans to the folks that fix up these houses, taxpayer dollars, of course.

It's growing for the citizens though. Guess it depends on where you live as to how prominant it is. My daughter said they are growing in the town where she lives in Florida. It's citizens. They get attacked by the illegals and the gangs for evening fun. It's usually men and many fairly young right now. They don't get access to much help with housing or anything because they are male and no kids. There's about nill for any kind of shelter or anything, so they camp in the woods.

The illegals are getting the Section.(Cheap) housing.....so an American has no chance

My son is trying to buy a house and he's having a heck of a time qualifing now for a loan...Money is hard to borrow now thanks to this bank mess....My son has a 790 Fico score, a good job, he has 25% money for a down payment, no bills and the lender is raking him through the coals requiring him to bring in years of tax returns and other paper work.... Almost everything on the market here in Southern California is a short sell or a foreclosure...His real estate agent said that the people who are being foreclosed on are also able to live in the house for free while not making payments for up to six months or more...Then many of these people trash the house and destroy it before they leave...It's not unusual to see toilets and sinks torn off the walls and holes in the walls...Stoves and other appliances have shown up on Craigs List. So if you buy one of these houses, it might take six months or more, and then the house might be trashed by the time you get it!

Many of these people bought a house they can't afford, with little or no down payment. They should have of gotten a smaller house or stayed renters.

I'm mad, I don't want to help they people with a Bailout!

IMO, the federal government shouldn't be bailing out banks or homeowners.

BAILING OUT BANKS OR HOMEOWNERS JUST ENABLES THEM TO DO THIS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

BANKS SHOULD WORK OUT DEALS WITH THE HOMEOWNERS SO THEY CAN STAY IN THEIR HOUSE UNTIL THE MARKET TURNS AROUND AND THEY CAN SELL.

AND THE MARKET WOULD TURN AROUND FASTER IF THERE WERE NOT SO MANY VACANT AND TRASHED HOMES.

ALSO THERE WOULD BE LESS FEAR AMONG THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD TO BUY A HOUSE. BUT THE BANKS WOULD HAVE TO LET MANY OF THE HOMEOWNERS CONTINUE WITH THE PAYMENT THEY BEGAN WITH.
