Paulson was asked by Sen. Dodd if he would write down any impressions he had of the bailout process so that Congress would have notes of what was going on. Paulson said no!

To paraphrase Dan Rather: if it walks like a scam, talks like a scam, it is a scam! What's going to happen 3 months or 6 months from now when we have another "meltdown" and there are no notes, just another request for another $500 billion? Are we going to bail out Mexico next?
