Avoiding CITGO is no problem for me even though they are around the corner from me. How ironic that it is run by a thug and the station by me has lots of purses stolen from cars and strong arm robberies of customers.

I used to use Citgo as it was in town and the cheapest around. Its also happens to be where my mechanic is. Now I've switched to Shell.

I've noticed, from all the miles I clock, that Citcgo is always the less expensive. Lukoil is using the same strategy.
