The GOP ought not aid and abet in any of the Democrat’s socialistic/big government agenda legislation. If Republicans in Congress sell their vote for a few crumbs of compromise under the Democrat’s proposed stimulus legislation, which is really a plan to usher in more iron fisted socialism, then every member of the Republican Party who votes in favor of the Democrat’s plan, will be as guilty of ushering in more socialism as the Democrat Socialist Party leadership itself.

What the Republican Party leadership ought to be doing is challenging the Democrat Party leadership on specific ways in which working people can be immediately relieved of some of the economic burdens they now suffer, especially those created by government. The Republican Party leadership ought to take themselves to the air-waves [radio and TV talk shows] and point out that if the Democrat’s plan were intended to help working people, rather than entrench more government administrators and employees with outrageous federal salaries and benefits to redistribute the wages which working people earn, the Democrat Party leadership would begin with ending the slavish tax upon the property which a hard working father living in Harlem, South Philly, Newark, N.J., D.E. Washington, D.C., etc., has in his labor. How dare the Democrat Party leadership perpetuates a tax upon the wage which working people earn which enslaves the many to enrich the few.
