GOP planning to revolt right up to Dem convention

House Republicans are gearing up to continue their revolt of Congress’ adjournment for at least the next two weeks – right up to the start of the Democratic Convention in Denver – according to a memo sent Wednesday to GOP members from Minority Leader John Boehner.

“Republicans will not rest until we have an honest, up-or-down vote on the American Energy Act,â€

Talk about a non -event.
These repubs are best buddies with the oil companies and everyone knows it. I did'nt see a single article about them today and had no idea they were still running their mouths in the dark to a bunch of empty chairs. I guess the press finally realized that the same clowns that voted for and have protected the " Enron Loophole " for energy speculators were'nt worth covering anymore.

Well, I think it's great! Even if it's a tactic .. it's SOMETHING. These guys could just have easily gone their merry way when the House adjourned for break.

It's stands for something that they remained behind.
