Imagine this – a former high-ranking and well-respected government official telling your children that they know something you don’t. Is this Cold War-era Soviet Union? Nope. It’s Maryland, and the official is former Vice President Al Gore.

I read the estimated weight of the atmosphere is 44.3 MILLION BILLION tons, so we add 70 million tons and just how much of that is reabsorbed by plant life? CO2 is a trace gas, 380ppm, and is NOT the major "greenhouse" gas. That would be water vapor which accounts for 95%. CO2 is heavier than air and hovers near the surface and consequently used by plant life. I have yet to hear how is forms a "blanket" in the upper atmosphere.

NONE of the things Gore stated are happening. THe ice caps are not melting, except the summer melt and refreeze. They are always partially melting and refreezing. The idiots think they are melting too much and not refreezing enough, but even that has gone back to normal. Storms are NOT worse. Sea levels are not rising anymore or less than they have for centuries.

What Gore is doing is immoral, unethical and should be criminal. Not only is he scaring children and using them, but to pit them against their parents is outrageous. He seeks POWER, FAME and MONEY, not necessaril in that order.
