Texas to review constitutionality of Nebraska compromise

    December 23, 2009

AUSTIN — Gov. Rick Perry today sent a letter asking other governors to join him in ongoing efforts to assert the constitutional rights of states as guaranteed under the 10th Amendment with regard to the federal health care bill being forced through by Congress. He urged the governors to support and join efforts by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott and several other state attorneys general to determine the constitutionality of a compromise in the pending federal health care legislation exempting the state of Nebraska from increased Medicaid costs resulting from the bill’s passage.

"As the chief executive officers of our individual sovereign states, we must stand up to this unprecedented intrusion in to our lives and the rights of our citizens. We must demonstrate resolve in the face of this infringement,â€

And John McCain has sounded reasonable lately, as well as Phil Grahm, will wonders ever cease?

The template looks familiar, Retreat!......Charge!.........Retreat! Too bad these fellows cannot find a shovel and dig some fox holes.

Where ever we wake up in the morning, it was the Republicans and the Democrats that have led us there.

Even if three-fourths of the nation is asleep, the representitives were charged with the watch.

A Democracy will leave the leaders to walk off cliffs, while the rest follow. A Republic charges the representitives to guard the perimeters against infiltration. Should we be comfortable with the perimeter and its guards?

No - if they voted for this or cap and tax or the stimulus then they are voted out of office.

    NO MORE LIES!

60 Senators need to leave as they are traitors to their oath of office.
218 Congressmen need to leave as they are traitors to their oath of office.

May God be with us every day, every hour, every minute!

George Washington: Let us therefore animate and encourage each other and show the whole world that a feeman contending for LIBERTY on his own ground is superior to any slavish mercenary on earth!

Why so few? Should we wish for more of the same?

these are the ones voting YES on the health care bill.

Yes others need to go but the health care bill is very easily seen as pure treason. To date up to 17 states attorney generals are looking into the un-constitutionality of the bill.

These are the first ones that need to go! and my go, I mean go to jail for not keeping oath of office and commiting treason.
