As the science scandals keep coming, the air has gone out of the climate-change movement.

In 2007, the most comprehensive report to date on global warming, issued by the respected United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, made a shocking claim: The Himalayan glaciers could melt away as soon as 2035.

These glaciers provide the headwaters for Asia's nine largest rivers and lifelines for the more than one billion people who live downstream. Melting ice and snow would create mass flooding, followed by mass drought. The glacier story was reported around the world. Last December, a spokesman for the World Wildlife Fund, an environmental pressure group, warned, “The deal reached at Copenhagen will have huge ramifications for the lives of hundreds of millions of people who are already highly vulnerable due to widespread poverty.â€

The global warming movement was a result of crooked, opportunistic politicians forcing bad science upon us for monetary gain.

Right! And that's why they are now changing their tune to 'Climate Change'. This way hot or cold, they stake their claim. Gold-digger Gore should be publicly shunned forever.

My dear fellow Republicans we must do better in 2010 and 2012 and nominate candidates who staunchly and with a proven record unwaveringly support stopping illegal immigration, passing the FairTax and restoring protected trade policies so our dear fellow Americans, no matter what party they have been affiliated with in the past have candidates from the Republican Party to vote for who will fix our economy, restore our liberty and prosperity, and secure our national sovereignty.

Then, we'll see what if anything we as Americans need to do to reduce our contribution to greenhouse gas emissions, without cap and tax, without any more harmful regulations, and without socialist fascist mandates, but with voluntary consumption choices of new and better viable products when they are both available and affordable.
