    Lack of Habeas Corpus in the Military Commissions Act is unconstitutional Ruled by the Supreme Court. I wonder why this didnt make big news...
    5-4 Ruling kind of scary though.

    However, I dont think some really care about the rule of law and just do whatever they want.
