Haitian judge recommends releasing 10 U.S. missionaries

Haitian judge recommends that 10 American missionaries detained in Haiti be released, the Associated Press reports.

The 10 are charged in connection with an alleged attempt to kidnap more than 30 Haitian children and take them out of the country.
