The 501 C 3 problem in the United States is a monumental second stage tragedy of the corrupt and failed income tax. The income tax needs to be repealed and replaced with the FairTax, which treats 501 C 3's the same as any other business in the United States, and rightly so, because the 501 C 3's have proven they're more interested in the money and politics of the charity financial scam, than they are in the "charity" itself.
