That other plate is wrong. Illegal alien hispanics discovered how to invade and intrude on someone else, that's all.

For the plate to pass muster, though, proponents would have to show through a scientific survey that at least 30,000 vehicle registrants intend to buy it.

I assume a scientific survey would also have to take into account that the drivers they interview about the plate are driving here legally.

1. American Indians (eg. Seminole) discovered Florida.
