FOX News just reported that Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE) has announced that he will vote tomorrow to allow Reid's Health Care Bill to come to the floor of the Senate. Sen. Nelson's final objection centered around possible use of public funds for abortion. FOX did not say why Nelson had changed his position. Below is a link to a story about language written into the bill to entice another fiscally conservative hold-out, Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA), to vote "Yes". I believe that leaves only Sens. Lincoln (D-AR) and Lieberman (I-CT) as possibly still joining the Republican opposition. If Reid gets his 60 votes to proceed on the bill, I believe it then only takes a simple majority - 51 votes - to pass it.
