Houston Area Doctor's Office Closing Its Doors Due To Obamacare



HOUSTON (KTRK-TV) -- Doctors may have to pay fines if they take Medicare patients and don't have the right electronic medical records system. That system costs thousands of dollars. So some doctors are opting not to take Medicare patients, while others are choosing instead to close their doors.
