    Odd thing yesterday

I was standing in line to get a new license tag....started a conversation with the woman in front of me.

Seems she & her husband own an 18 wheeler, one or more...and make deliveries, to where I don't know.

I asked her if she had heard that Bush was going to allow Mexican truck drivers in our Country. She said she did, and was outraged about it.

She told me they had made 2 deliveries (she didn't say where), and they had strict instructions not to allow the people accepting the load, to know who sent the load!

She said she didn't know why, and that they had inspected the load and saw nothing unusual about it....

She said she told her husband not to deliver for these people again.

I'm wondering, why would the sender not want the receiver to know who the load was from?

That is weird. Kinda hard to check somethng in not knowing where it came from and how does the sender get paid. That's just strange and a little scary all the way around.

Strange, usually the bill of lading would have the info, sometimes items are drop shipped and resellers don't want customers to know where it originates from.

She said the workers unloading the truck reached for the bill of lading, and their employee said they weren't supposed to show them that.

I should have asked her some more questions, but she went inside and I only saw her again, when she came out to leave.
