The rash of suspected drug-related violence continued Monday in Juárez, including a fatal shooting outside the Mercado Juárez and the discovery of a human leg on Tlaxcala street, police said.

The leg was found Monday afternoon with a white sock, parts of an electric cable and a black trash bag.

On Monday evening, Edgar Garrido, 30, was shot multiple times in front of Licores Chihuahua near the Mercado Juárez. It was unclear if Garrido was a worker or a visitor to the tourist spot. In another incident, an unidentified man was found fatally shot off Camino a la Rosita. Also, José GarcÃ*a Ontiveros, 35, was fatally shot Monday night in colonia Ignacio Aldama. And, Luis Villa, 29, died Monday morning at a hospital after being shot several times.
