A man arrested 127 times says Albuquerque police are targeting him and violating his civil rights because of his lengthy arrest record.

Kevin Garner tells KOB Eyewitness News 4 that officers stopped his vehicle for no apparent reason on Sunday. He says officers pulled him from his car before asking his name and he didn't resist arrest.

Garner says he taped the incident with his camcorder but that officers took the equipment.

KOB Eyewitness News 4’s Joe Vigil grilled Garner about his arrest record.

Vigil asked, “When does this all stop? When do you stop breaking the law? One hundred and twenty seven arrests—that is insane.â€
