Thread: IF YOU’RE NOT IN WASHINGTON, PLEASE KEEP THE CALLS UP TODA

This was on another blog - but well worth repeating! Keep up the calls the next 48 hours are critical!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this bill passes in the manner that Obama, Reid, and Pelosi are attempting to pass it, it will be the beginning of the end of our beloved Republic. If they use these un-Constitutional tactics to pass this bill, what’s to stop them from passing Cap and Trade, Amnesty, laws to take our right to bare arms away in the same manner, or any other laws that they "deem" moral?

Please, we must all join together now to stop this nightmare from becoming realty NOW!

Article I, Section 7, of the Constitution states, “Every bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a law, be presented to the President of the United States; … But in all such cases the votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and nays, and the names of the persons voting for and against the bill shall be entered on the journal of each House respectively…

The Progressives in Washington clearly are not concerned with violating our Constitution, infact, they are determined to kill it altogether, (because it gets in their way!), and in so doing usurping the authority of the American People. Please start calling today and continue through Sunday.

Fox New is announcing that Peter DeFazio (D-OR) has changed his NO vote to YES!

Also FOX is saying that the Dems may drop the "Deem & Pass" method of voting, indicating that they have enough votes to pass this on an "up and down" vote.
