I have made a lot of calls to the White House over the years and I've never and I mean never been treated so poorly as I was today. I made more than one attempt to reach the office I needed.

First, the receptionists don't listen. Second, they don't assist. Third, when you identify yourself as a citizen, they cut you off and transfer you to an automated recording about how to contact the White House.

Hello, I just contacted the White House... I know how to do this. Yea, I expect that when I call the big box mart.

Well, I just wanted to express my displeasure about this "Change" and I "Hope" you don't need any thing from the "Transparent" White House.

Customer Service was very Unsatisfactory and Unprofessional.
