    This morning Steven F. Hotze, M.D. appeared on Fox Business News where he was credited with forcing the federal government to postpone employer mandates because of federal lawsuit against Obamacare.



    This morning, Steven F. Hotze, M.D. appeared on Fox Business News, where he was credited with forcing the federal government to postpone employer mandates.
    Dr. Hotze is the only physician/employer to sue the federal government over the issue of employer mandates; which violates the 5th amendment of the Constitution: “the takings clause”.
