Now a 4th: Kavanaugh Accused of Inebriated Hard Pass at Woman as They Left DC Area Bar After Night of Drinking in 1998

Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, a man who has spent decades in public service, been through six FBI investigations without a hint of controversy, was vetted by the Senate and confirmed over a decade ago to be a judge on the second highest court in the land is now being smeared as a cross between Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby.

A new accusation, reported by NBC News Wednesday night, involves a complaint that Kavanaugh was out drinking in a D.C. area bar with friends in 1998 and made a drunken hard pass at one of the women in the group.

“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
    That’s all.

NBC reported Kavanaugh denied this latest accusation in a phone call with Senate Judiciary Committee staff on Tuesday.
NBC also reported the accusation was relayed by the woman’s mother in a letter to Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO). NBC said they had received a copy of the letter.
“The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.
“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself.”

Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) received a completely anonymous letter from the 4th accuser–no name, no contact info and no address and gave it to the Judiciary Committee to review.

So did he kiss her? This is often a happening in the world of dating. Been there, liked it. I don't understand the problem with this if it were true, but it isn't. Brett says he never dated anyone from Colorado.
