American human rights lawyer Dr. Francis Boyle called for the intervention of the World Court to stop Israel's anticipated attack on Gaza before it escalates out of hand and starts a regional war, especially since American President Joe Biden "privately" gave Israel the green light to invade the enclave.During his seven-hour visit to the Middle East, the U.S. President reportedly told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu behind closed doors that he was "fully in support" of the country's plans to launch the offensive to "eradicate Hamas," according to reports. "I'm afraid that based upon what happened in 2006, Hezbollah in Lebanon will come to the defense of the Palestinians in Gaza. And we'll have a general Middle East war over there," Boyle said of the news.
The international law professor at the University of Illinois College of Law claimed he spoke on an Iranian national television show, recommending Iran to sue Israel for genocide before the International Court of Justice and seek an emergency hearing and temporary restraining order. "And I have advocated to the Palestinian leadership that they do the same. But so far, it hasn't happened," Boyle told Mike Adams during a recent interview on Brighteon.com.
He added that he is uncertain of Hezbollah incursions into northern Israel from southern Lebanon but he warned that the group is well armed. "They have at least 40,000 high-powered rockets which can devastate the civilian population of Israel. The country will perhaps invade and Hezbollah will defend itself," he said and further alerted of a possible regional involvement: "Syria might get involved. Israel stole the Golan Heights from them. And in Syria, you also have Hezbollah forces that are lawfully there pursuant to the request of the Syrian government to defend Syria from Obama's jihadists. You have Iranian forces in Syria that are lawfully there at the request of the government, too as well as the Russian military forces and naval base. Meanwhile, they have 1,000 U.S. military forces there that are illegally there.” Adams agreed calling the situation a tinderbox that could explode anytime.

Boyle said that this escalation could have been made impossible earlier on should Biden have realized this during his meeting with Netanyahu. And now it might be too late because he already approved Israel's attack. "Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant was in fact, promising the troops that they are currently looking at Gaza from the outside and they would soon see it from the inside. I can only imagine, by the way, how many IDF [Israel Defense Forces] are going to be annihilated as they attempt to take Gaza. But in the bigger picture, this looks to me like these events have been engineered in order to allow Netanyahu to steal the Gaza Strip from the Palestinian people. This is just a land grab that is decorated up as a justification for ethnic cleansing, in my opinion," Adams commented and solicited Boyle's view on the matter.
"All the indications are Netanyahu knew that Hamas was going to attack and let it happen so that he could solve all his domestic problems. He is under criminal indictment and prosecution right now. This judicial reform/deform massive demonstrations and reservists not reporting for duty or resigning, this solves all of his domestic problems," Boyle stated, adding that going back to the First Zionist Congress in 1897, "their agenda has always been to get the whole Palestine without Palestinians. So as what was seen was in the Nakba of 1948, when about three-quarters of a million were expelled, and the Palestine exodus or the Naksa in 1967, when about 400,000 were expelled." For the human rights expert, this is indeed an ethnic cleansing of the Gazans and the Zionists will eliminate another two million Palestinians so they can occupy Gaza and the "West Bank will be next," he further predicted. Netanyahu wants to make sure the U.S. vows its all-out support

Boyle, who was counsel for Bosnia and Herzegovina in their genocide lawsuit against Yugoslavia and won it, said that the delay of the "much-publicized" onslaught on Gaza could be for a theatrical purpose. "Netanyahu wanted Biden to buy into this slaughter. And so, the bombing of the Christian hospital happened in time for Biden's arrival in Tel Aviv. I don't think that was an accident or a coincidence," he said, suggesting the al-Ahli Arab Hospital attack could be staged, sacrificing almost 500 lives. "Biden showed up and he bought into it. Likewise, Sunak was just there…I think Netanyahu wanted to make sure that Biden was fully committed to all the bloodshed, and the U.K. as well.”
All this drama and war theatrics should be set aside. The academic thinks that for now, under the current circumstances, an immediate ceasefire is required, first of all. "We need massive humanitarian medical supplies to the people of Gaza and then we can negotiate the hostages on both sides. Right now, Israel has 6,000 Palestinians in their jails, most of whom are being kept there, in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, which is warcraft." For him, it is the normal and most logical way to proceed. There should be no invasion. Second, humanitarian relief supplies should be sent in, and then third, negotiation over the hospitals.
"And then when that was taken care of, perhaps there could be negotiations over the bigger problem," Boyle recommended.
