Iraqi military officers go missing in U.S.
Numerous Iraqi military and law-enforcement officials brought to the U.S. as part of special intelligence and training programs have run away and are seeking asylum in this country or disappeared altogether, The Washington Times has learned.
Intelligence officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity, say nearly a dozen Iraqis fled military training facilities in the U.S., including a brigadier general who went to Canada with his family earlier this year.
Army officials yesterday confirmed that five Iraqi military personnel whom the Army had been training disappeared between 2005 and 2007. They did not know how many other Iraqis sponsored by the Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy may have done the same.
"Nothing that this command is aware of would suggest that any of those students who departed from their training or returned back to Iraq pose any threat to the United States," said Harvey Perritt, civilian spokesman for U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), which oversees all the schools the Army has in the continental U.S.

It just keeps getting more and more bizarre and unbelievable!!
Our country is done-----as helpless and vulnerable US citizens have no choice but to just wait and see what happens.
We can do our part to stop the illegal invasion-----but when the idiots in our government are importing potential terrorists and training them----plus those who are sneaking in through the open borders-----there isn't much that we can do about that."We call things racism just to get attention. This reminds me of how the US Army trained the "Zetas", the Mexican drug cartel's enforcer's who defected after getting US Army training. Now they are killing people left and right in Mexico and even Texas.
Iraqi police & military have been known to support the terrorists in Iraq, I guess it will only be a matter of time until we start reading about IED's (improvised explosive devices) here in the USA.

I continue to be astounded at the sheer ineptitude of our government. How on earth did they manage to allow this to happen? This is on the same stupidity level as when they released the enemy in Iraq and allowed them to leave with their weapons.

Just last week, there was an article about a facility set up here in the states for Blackwater training (I believe somewhere in the Southwest).
Is this being set up here to counter a possible revolution by US citizens??
They sent in Blackwater after Katrina----to collect the guns of US citizens who stayed behind to protect their property. These citizens were not "asked" to give up their guns----they were "forced" to give up their guns.
Blackwater is the "best" option for our government here----just like it is in Iraq. If they do anything questionable/horrific that makes the news-----then our government just says "we are investigating the actions of Blackwater"------which takes the heat off of our government/elected officials."We call things racism just to get attention. Yep, you are right about the Sharia Law concerns as well.
I saw a special two weeks ago-----1/3 of the population in Dearborn, Michigan is Muslim!!
We all know that the radicals/terrorists hide among the peaceful Muslims----getting recruits for their terrorist ideologies/activities from the Mosques, etc.
Just like the drug cartels/gangbangers hide among the immigrants---legal and illegal."We call things racism just to get attention. We reduce complicated problems to racism, not because it is racism, but because it works." --- Alfredo Gutierrez, political consultant.
