The “New World Order” is always just a conspiracy theory until someone comes out and discusses it. Whether that’s George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, or Barack Obama, all of our previous five presidents other than Donald Trump has invoked the “New World Order” during a speech or public discussion.
Today, Joe Biden joined his fellow globalist presidents in demonstrating his fealty to the globalist elites.
You know we are in an inflection point, I believe, in the world economy” the Commander-in-Chief said, “Not just the economy, the world. It occurs every three or four generations. As one of the top military people said to me in a secure meeting the other day, 60 million people died between 1900 and 1946 and since then we established a liberal world order and that hadn’t happened in a long while. Lot of people dying [now], but nowhere near the chaos. And now’s the time when things are shifting. There’s gonna be a new world order out there, and we’ve gotta lead it. And we’ve gotta unite the rest of the world in doing it.

As The National Pulse noted, it’s not the first time Biden has displayed his globalist membership card:

The statement leans in part on the “fourth turning” or Strauss–Howe generational theory, though in a clumsy fashion. It is not the first time Biden has appealed to such messaging.
In 1992, then Senator Biden wrote an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal entitled “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” In the article, Biden – who was also the SenateForeign Relations Committee’s European Affairs Subcommittee – said: “Having contained Soviet communism until it dissolved, we need a new strategy of “containment” – based, like NATO, on collective action–but directed against weapons proliferation.”
The article continued, in an appeal to broadening the United Nations and NATO purviews: “Rather than denigrating collective security, we should regularize the kind of multilateral response we assembled for the Gulf War, Why not breathe life Into the U.N. Charter? It envisages a permanent commitment of forces, for use by the Security Council. That means a presumption of collective action–but with a U.S, veto.”
Mr. Biden went on to use the same phrase 11 years later at an Export-Import Bank Conference. He said at the time: “The affirmative task we have now is to actually create a new world order. Because the global order is changing again.”

Delegitimized U.S. figurehead Joe Biden said on Monday that a “new world order” will be imposed from the current geopolitical crises that are sending the West into a tailspin.
“You know, we are at an inflection point in the world economy. Ya know, not just in the world economy but in the world,” Biden said, struggling to spit out his words.

“It occurs every three or four generations, as one of the top military people said in a secure meeting the other day. 60 million people died between 1900 and 1946, and since then, we have established a liberal world order, and that hadn’t happened in a long while. A lot of people died but nowhere near the chaos,” the brain-addled vegetable stated, mumbling his way through his prepared script.
“And now is the time when things are shifting, there’s going to be a new world order out there and we got to lead it. We’ve got to unite the rest of the free world while doing it,” Biden added.

“Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has published a lengthy op/ed for LifeSiteNews in which he explains his opinion that the Russia/Ukraine conflict is a globalist plot to “establish the tyranny of the new world order.”

He called out the tentacles of the oligarchy, which include the “UN, NATO, the World Economic Forum, the European Union,” as well as “philanthropic” organizations like ”George Soros’ Open Society and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.” Vigano said that the fake news media’s portrayal of Ukraine as heroic and Russia as barbaric is a misrepresentation of the facts.

“It is dismaying to see with what hypocrisy the European Union and the United States – Brussels and Washington – are giving their unconditional support to President Zelensky, whose government for eight years now has continued to persecute Russian-speaking Ukrainians with impunity, for whom it is even forbidden to speak in their own language, in a nation that includes numerous ethnic groups, of which those who speak Russian represent 17.2%. And it is scandalous that they are silent about the use of civilians as human shields by the Ukrainian army, which places anti-aircraft positions inside population centers, hospitals, schools and kindergartens precisely so that their destruction can cause deaths among the population,” Vigano wrote.
He also brought up the color revolution coup that was executed in 2014 to set the stage for this conflict as the globalists initiative their problem-reaction-solution dialectic.

“The Color Revolution of Euromaidan, as well as the establishment of a pro-NATO government composed of homines novi trained by the World Economic Forum and George Soros, was intended to create the conditions for the subordination of Ukraine to the NATO bloc, removing it from the influence of the Russian Federation. To this end, the subversive action of the Hungarian philanthropist’s NGOs, supported by media propaganda, has kept silent about the crimes of neo-Nazi paramilitary organizations, financed by the same people who sponsor Zelensky,” Vigano wrote.
“But if the brainwashing carried out by the mainstream media in Western nations has succeeded in conveying a completely distorted narrative of reality, the same cannot be said for Ukraine, where the population is well aware of the corruption of the political class in power as well as of its remoteness from the real problems of the Ukrainian nation. We in the West believe that the “oligarchs” are only in Russia, while the reality is that they are present above all throughout the entire galaxy of nations that formerly composed the Soviet Union, where they can accumulate wealth and power simply by placing themselves at the disposition of foreign “philanthropists” and multinational corporations,” he continued.
