    big news! fedral judge carter, of santa ana Cal, has denied bho's lawyers request to dismiss a lawsuit demanding the potus real birth cert! someone google this and pull up the story, its beyond me. have a great day alipacers!

    This information is wrong. He denied it on Oct 29th and there is an apeal for Important! Motion for reconsideration in Barnett v Obama filed. Hearing on Motion for reconsideration has been requested for November 20th.

    I heard he turned it down, Carter did, so is this disinformation? Boyles was quiet on this when it got shot down, it was really the best bet. TAiz, if she is legit, not sure, she went to ISREAL a while ago, so the connections are not TOO GOOD. she got shot down, not sure where this story is.

    But I don't think there is going to be a trial.
