None of it makes any sense. Even if he knew her, even if he tried to make out with her, even if the story has been embellished or distorted, or whatever ... it makes no sense that something like this even if it happened 36 or more years ago can be allowed to impede our courts. They were kids, he never touched her private parts, he never disrobed her, he never had sex with her, he never even kissed her, they frolicked or whatever on a bed that collapsed and she left. So what is the crime? What was so traumatic that her memory repressed it? There was no SEX of any kind or nature. So what was the trauma? Think about Elizabeth Smart, think about REAL VICTIMS OF RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT .... who would LOVE to forget it but can't.

This is totally disgusting what's going on. If Mrs. Ford truly believes her "repressed memory", then she's a Wack-O-Doodle. If she's fabricating it, she's a con artist. Either way, the US Senate needs to stop playing groveling games to a nut job or a con artist and get on with the nation's business. Our Supreme Court will resume session a week from Monday and Kavanaugh needs to be on the job, confirmed and sworn in by day one of that session, October 1. You can not consider yourselves responsible if you do not ensure that happens for the American People.

Now, GET IT DONE. You have the committee vote on Monday and you confirm this wonderful man by Thursday, so he can be sworn in on Friday and commence his important work on Monday, October 1.
