ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT WORKERS ARRESTED AT AIR FORCE BASE
BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE - Twenty- five illegal immigrants working as contractor workers at this Air Force base were arrested by U.S. Customs Enforcement agents.
The arrests of the construction and landscape workers were made Friday.
A 2nd Bomb Wing news release referred to the workers as " foreign nationals" but did not say where the workers were from. The majority of the workers had obtained fraudulent Social Security and alien registration numbers to complete forms, the release said.
The workers did not have access to secure information, 2nd Bomb Wing Lt. Frank Hartnett said.He would not say how the workers got on base.
" We take security seriously" Hartnett said.

This base is located in North East Louisiana....
Makes me realy feel safe to know that our Air Force Bases are secure.....
