JUST IN: New Whistleblower Claims Hunter Biden Evaded Millions In Taxes Through Shady Foreign Scheme

In the House Ways and Means Committee’s revealed testimony of Hunter Biden’s business dealings, the second whistleblower, an anonymous lead IRS case agent, detailed the intricate tax evasion plot allegedly involving Hunter Biden.
According to the whistleblower, Hunter intentionally avoided paying millions in taxes. The complex scheme reportedly included the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, where Hunter was a board member, and an associate from a Chinese business.

In 2014, when Joe Biden was serving his second term as vice president in charge of Ukraine policy, the Ukrainian natural gas company put Hunter Biden on its board of directors. The whistleblower stated that Hunter Biden received $666,667 from Burisma for little or no work, and instead of reporting it as income and paying taxes on it, he put the money into a Chinese firm run by one of his associates. The associate then “loaned” the money back to Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower explained that Hunter Biden had set up a scheme to receive money through his friend’s corporation and then have his friend pay him back half of the money as loans, thereby evading taxes. This involved money from a Bohai Harvest investment, which Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were involved in.
There were about a million dollars that they needed to invest, but Hunter didn’t have the funds. Devon suggested that part of the Burisma money could be used for the investment, and the rest could be paid back to Hunter as a loan. The whistleblower highlighted the fact that Hunter didn’t report any of the money he earned from Burisma in 2014, leading to a significant tax liability.

The whistleblower expressed frustration that none of this had been paid or prosecuted and noted that the statute of limitations had expired for the 2014 tax year. The whistleblower stated that the most conservative approach would have been a tax loss of $124,845 for 2014, including direct payments and benefits that Hunter received. In addition to this, a Porsche purchased for Hunter’s benefit was mentioned, which was not taxed, and none of the owed amounts have been paid or prosecuted.
According to the whistleblower, Hunter Biden’s friend, a wealthy Hollywood celebrity lawyer named Kevin Morris, paid off the $2.2 million that Hunter Biden owed the IRS for the years 2014 through 2019. In Hunter Biden’s 2020 tax returns, a note was included stating that he had received financial support from Morris, which both agreed to treat as a loan with 5% interest to be paid between 2025 and 2027.
Despite these payments, the whistleblower maintained that Hunter Biden did violate tax laws repeatedly in the 2010s. He underscored that just because Hunter Biden’s new friend bailed him out — no repayments required until 2025 — does not mean Hunter Biden did not violate the tax laws.

When asked if a crime had been committed even if the liability was paid off years later when they’ve been caught, the whistleblower answered simply: ‘Yes.’
In the midst of these findings, the whistleblower revealed that Hunter told his counsel about the scheme, saying Devon Archer was handling the taxes and he was taking some of the money as loans. The whistleblower perceived this as an attempt to cover up the evasion, which was eventually found out, leading to the suggestion that an amended tax return needed to be filed. However, it seems that Hunter might have been advised not to file the tax return if he didn’t have the money to pay the taxes. It remains unclear whether the investigation into this transaction continued after the whistleblowers were removed from the case.
