    This was mainly written behind closed doors

    Also some Repubs are going to make them read THE WHOLE BILL on the senate floor

    Remember , until a funding bill is passed the repubs WILL NOT ALLOW ANYTHING ELSE

    I don't see this stinker going anywhere in its present form
