Mexico has NO deterrent to stop these animals. Bring back the death penalty and USE it!

Mexico City's top prosecutor says kidnappers killed a 5-year-old boy by injecting him with acid after his family sought police help.

ANIMALS. That child was killed by acid injection 3 days later. It saddens me to think of what happened during the 3 days he was being held. Mexico definitely needs capital punisment for crimes like this one. The evilness of these people needs to be destroyed, both inside and out.

Poor little boy and only 5 years old. What kind of monster could do that to an innocent child???

The nonprofit Citizens' Institute for Crime Studies estimates the real kidnapping rate to be more than 500 per month.
