    Does this mean if I am offended by certain Spanish language radio shows that advocate for illegal aliens, I can have that station banned?

    It's talk radio and sports. The talk radio part should give you some idea as to why someone found the subject matter "offensive" since that is what one is able to claim when one doesn't agree with the viewpoint of another.
