    Nope, not IBM, but in a highly offshorable job function.

    I'm sure there are layoffs due to offshoring at every company. I can't see a company surviving after laying off and offshoring half of their American work force. I doubt the numbers in the rumors are accurate. I'm sure the strategy is though.
