Need some Clarification
Does anyone on the boards know in English, not Legalise ( smile) what this actually means? I get the part that indicates that the Federal Gov't has over stepped its Constitutional boundaries and the states are telling them to stop it. What if the Federal Gov’t doesn’t stop it? Is the demand retroactive? Are the states declaring sovereignty? If so, doesn't sovereignty mean independence from the Union? So are the states saying if the Federal Gov't doesn't step back, they are going to secede?
Are the states saying they are in essence going to become independent countries? Does it mean that the states are not going to have Communist health care? That they are keeping their guns? And they are not going to pay taxes for Cap and Trade and/or enact into law Obama's Unconstitutional hate crimes bill and/or other legislation that runs contrary to our Constitution?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
