Immigration

The floodgates will be opened and the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low and unskilled populations of other countries, especially from Central and South America, will pour into the United States and burden American taxpayers, their schools, emergency rooms, etc.

Biden has also promised citizenship rights for 11 million illegal immigrants and ending all of President Trump’s get-tough border policies. In addition, Biden would multiply sanctuary locations, and limit ICE’s ability to deport criminals in local jails.

Under a Biden Administration and socialist controlled Congressional Leadership, a new cap for refugees would be set at 125,000 a year . . . the highest since the mid-1990s.

Healthcare

Under Joe Biden and the socialist Democrat Leadership, elderly American citizens, who paid into Medicare all their lives, will be forced to surrender and share their healthcare revenue with the millions of foreigners who have invaded America’s borders.LINK

Biden also promises to keep Obamacare and strength it and increase coverage under it by created a “public option” which will be financed by taxing the most productive citizens across America.

Education

Biden dislikes charter schools where inner-city kids can actually get an education because they compete with failed public schools, and because these charter schools take money away from the already failed public schools in inner cities. In other words, Biden wants to trap children of inner city parents in failed public schools.

Biden also wants to establish free college tuition for families with incomes up to $125,000 and cancel all student debt. Of course, this too will be financed by taxing the most successful members of society ___ that evil group whose investments create jobs and open up new domestic manufacturing facilities which add to America’s strength and independence.

Right to keep and bear arms

Of course, as under the rule of every socialist iron fisted leadership, such as Cuba and Venezuela, the right of the people to keep and bear arms is dissolved in order to keep the people helpless and unable to rise up against a tyrannical government.

Keep in mind our Founders protected this right by our Constitution’s 2nd Amendment, and intended ordinary citizens to keep and bear arms [a contemporary fire arm used by foot soldiers] so they would be ready and able to defend themselves against a despotic government if necessary. The AR-15-semi is a civilian version of the United States military’s M16 and ought to be kept by ordinary citizens to defend against a tyrannical government if necessary. Forewarned is forearmed.

The Green New Deal

Aside from the Green New Deal disrupting America’s current energy independence and the lives of the American People, the Green New Deal is nothing more than a sophisticated rope-a-dope plan, a money laundering operation to plunder our federal treasury and transfer its contents to the friends of the Biden Administration.

Are we to forget how the Obama/Biden Administration confiscated hundreds of $BILLIONS from our federal treasury in a green energy scam, and 80% of that money wound up in the hands of Obama/Biden donors LINK, while the “investment” in almost every green energy corporation went bankrupt?

• Evergreen Solar: Received $58 million in MA loan guarantees (an undisclosed portion sourced from federal ARRA block grant) — Bankrupt in August 2011 with $485.6 million in debt

• Solyndra: Received $535 million in federal loan guarantees in 2009 and $25.1 million in CA tax credit — Bankrupt in August 2011

• SpectraWatt: Received $500,000 in federal loan guarantees in 2009 — Bankrupt in August 2011

• Babcock and Brown: Received $178 million in federal grants in December 2009 (4 months after it went bust) – Bankrupt in early 2009

• Mountain Plaza Inc.: Received $424,000 in federal grants through TN Department of Transportation in 2009 — Bankrupt in 2003 and again in June 2010

• Solar Trust of America (parent company: Solar Millennium): Received $2.1 billion loan guarantee in April 2011 – Bankrupt in April 2012

Other Subsidized Green Energy Companies in decline:

• A123: Received $300 million in federal grants and $135 million in MI grants — Declining orders and have forced multiple layoffs

• Amonix, Inc.: Received $5.9 million in federal tax credits in 2009 through ARRA — Laid off 2/3 of work force

• First Solar: Received $3 billion in federal loan guarantees — Biggest S&P loser in 2011, CEO fired

• Fisker Automotive: $529 million in federal loan guarantees — Multiple 2012 sales prediction downgrades for first car release, delivery and cash flow troubles; Assembling cars in Finland

• Johnson Controls: Received $299 million in federal grants in 2009 — Low demand caused cancellation of a new factory, operating at half capacity

• Nevada Geothermal: Received $98.5 million in federal loan guarantees in 2009 — Defaulting on long-term debt obligations, 85% drop in stock value

• Sun Power: Received $1.2 billion in federal loan guarantees — Debt exceeds assets; French oil company took over last fall

• Abound Solar: Received $400 million in federal loans in 2012 — ½ work force laid off

• BrightSource Energy: $1.6 billion federal loan approved in April 2012 – loan obtained through political connections with the administration; absent the loan, Brightsource’s solar power purchase would have fallen through.

And what has our Supreme Court stated with regard to such investment deals?
