You know, reaching across the aisle. He spends more time on their side anyway, so just leave him there. The difference would have been we would have been destroyed as a free nation slower. Those of us that held our nose and voted for McCain- Palin while secretly wishing a terminal illness to save our nation, likely will not be covered for reconstrctive surgery on our noses under Obamacare. And don't try to fool us again by telling us Mitt Romney or Rudy Gulianni are conservatives. Did that with Bush, but we caught on. Bush was a democrat in drag.
So the republican party needs to either return to a conservative viewpoint and nominate only people that fit with the platform or go the way of the Whigs. At the moment, the republican party hates conservative Christians more than the democrats do. Steele doesn't think we can retake the house. How is that for a leader? Or is he just in that position so we can say we have a black guy too?
