Democrats are complete morons on Gun Control: Use ballpoint pens, call boxes, whistles to defend yourself.

I've felt for a long time that the majority of Democrats in office today are pretty ignorant in general, but when it comes to gun control, they are complete morons! I have written this piece to address their moronic statements on gun free zones and a woman's ability to know if she is being threatened or not.

First example:

In arguing in favor of the ban, State Rep. Joe Salazar, D-Thornton, said Friday that women on college campuses don’t need guns to feel that they’re safe.

“It’s why we have call boxes, it’s why we have safe zones, it’s why we have the whistles,” Salazar said on the House floor. “Because you just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at. And you don’t know if you feel like you’re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around or if you feel like you’re in trouble when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop … pop around at somebody.”

I would like to see this moron use a whistle in a gun free zone while we was over powered and raped by a man. These people think it's so easy, just use a whistle, scream, yell, someone will come to your aid. Right, tell that to the hundreds of women that have been raped on college campuses that were not carrying a gun. Screaming, mace, call boxes, and whistles did little dissuade the perpetrators!

I can see it now, I'm walking to my dorm, it's late, I hear footsteps behind me, I begin to hasten my pace, the man behind me hastens his. I begin running to the closest call box, I'm searching through my purse for my little whistle as I'm running, but before I'm able to reach the call box or the whistle, he grabs me. He drags me to the bushes as I scream for help (no one hears me) and just as he throws me down I remove my hand from my purse and as I've been trained, I shoot him twice in the chest and once in the head.

I walk to the call box and inform them that there was an attempted rape but I shot the perpetrator. After all the forensic tests have been conducted they conclude that this man was the perpetrator that raped 4 other women on campus. None of these women were armed. No one heard them scream or their whistle. None of he women made it to a call box.

Oh wait, I am a dumb woman that doesn't know when I'm in danger. I guess Salazar's next comment will be that I "asked for it".

The truth is that the Democratic party dislike women! They control women through abortion and use the alleged Republicans war on women as a divisive tactic to keep the liberals women with them or flocking to the Democratic party. Asking a woman to defend herself against rape by running to a call box, using a whistle, and screaming is about as moronic as it gets and all the more proof to me that the real war on women is within the democratic party.

Salazar has since apologized late Monday in a statement.

“I’m sorry if I offended anyone,” Salazar said in the statement.

”That was absolutely not my intention. We were having a public policy debate on whether or not guns makes people safer on campus. I don’t believe they do. That was the point I was trying to make. If anyone thinks I’m not sensitive to the dangers women face, they’re wrong. I am a husband and father of two beautiful girls, and I’ve spent the last decade defending women’s rights as a civil rights attorney. Again, I’m deeply sorry if I offended anyone with my comments.”

Wow, I feel so much better now! NOT! What a disgrace to America and women! This moron needs to go! I am counting on Colorado Tea Partiers to start a campaign against Salazar now.

Example Two:

Another Colorado State Rep.

During a hearing last month, Colorado Democratic state senator Jessie Ulibarri suggested that there were other ways to defend yourself against a gunman besides guns: “When Congressman Giffords was shot and there was a shooting in an Arizona supermarket, people who were unarmed took that person down when he stopped to reload, and so there are other ways to address violence and it doesn’t mean that we have our kids exposed to a whole crossfire of multiple folks in a room shooting simultaneously. And that Congressmen Giffords’ life was saved and so many others when very valiant folks stood up to defend themselves, and protect themselves, and they did it with ballpoint pens.”

So let me see if I'm getting this right, I wait till the killer has shot several people (because we are in a gun free zone) and when he/she runs out of bullets (because he/she shot several people and killed them already) we overpower him with ballpoint pens? Is that right?

So I'm curious, (I mean no disrespect to the victims) how did that work out for Columbine and Sandy Hook School? I mean they're a school right? They have pencils, pins, and they even have scissors at school. It made no difference, many were murdered anyway! Were kindergarteners supposed to wait till he reloaded and then 8-10 would overtake him with pencils?

This is one of the stupidest statements I've ever heard!

What about the Gifford's shooting in Arizona he mentions. Oh yes, the citizens took him down after he had already killed 6-7 people and wounded others. Let's applaud this as a safe solution! This is their answer for America in "gun free zones"? Attack the perp with ball point pens?

Incredible story of a woman that knew what was at stake and had the firepower to protect her family and home! We are all guaranteed that right through the second amendment!

I'm surprised that this woman had the mental capacity and fortitude to understand that her life was being threatened! After all, state Rep. Salazar is convinced that women do not.

Ladies and Gentlemen, It's time to clean house, City, State, County, and Federal. Time to take out the trash! Are you with me patriots?
